I've been seein' Dr. Tim at Grace Chiropractic for three months now, and I must say, it's been quite the journey. I stumbled into his office feelin' like a mess, but thanks to his chiropractic wizardry and some good ol' traction exercises, my pain levels have plummeted.
Now, don't get me wrong, I still got a lot of work to do with my mid and lower back exercises, but we're makin' progress both in the office and at home. Dr. Tim's one year plan is shapin' up to be just what I need to finally start livin' without all that naggin' pain.

I was scheduled with Dr. Peter and I must first emphasize how thorough he was in examining me and identifying the issue. I reached out to Grace Chiropractic about half a year ago. Back then, I had this funny tingling and numbness in my left arm, and my neck and shoulders were quite stiff and achy. My lower back also lacked movement significantly.
The folks at Grace Chiropractic were top-notch, real pros, super friendly, and made me feel right at home. Dr. Tim quickly sussed out what was going on with me after a physical exam and x-rays, and I started treatment the next week.

I 'ave been 'aving back pain and 'eadaches almost every bloomin' day for the last few months that is was takin' over me life.
A few months ago the pain and 'eadaches got so bad that I couldn’t stand the pain anymore that's when I knew I needed to get 'elp and that’s when I found Grace Family chiropractor.
I 'ave only been goin' for a month and I can say that after a few times goin' I can say the 'eadaches are gone and the pain is become more bearable that I feel like I 'ave me life back again.

I relocated to Orillia back in 2015 without any family or friends in the area. It was quite stressful realizing I needed to continue my chiropractic treatment but had no referrals or recommendations. So, I began my search. How fortunate I was to start with Grace Chiropractic - there was no need to search further.
I have been a chiropractic patient on and off for over 25 years, and as I age, I understand that weekly spinal adjustments are now essential to prevent back pain and numbness in my hands and feet.
Dr. Tim has a unique approach compared to my previous experiences, which I find to be less forceful and abrupt but just as effective.
Moreover, the support team is exceptional, and I genuinely enjoy seeing them at my weekly appointments - always welcoming and willing to accommodate any adjustments I may need.
I don't usually recommend healthcare providers to others, as I believe it's a personal experience, unique to each individual...however...I am confident that you'll be in good hands with Dr. Tim, Jenny, Sharon, and Eva. Quite literally!

It all started when me mum and I decided to 'ave a consultation at the suggestion of a mate. We were both a bit doubtful, mind you, but 'ad tried every other option 'olistically and with meds to ease our body pains and lack of mobility. After gettin' our X-rays and 'avin' a proper chat with Dr. Tim (answered every question we 'ad), we made the decision to go ahead with treatment. Blimey! The benefits, I am pleased to say, are clear as day and the progress is measurable.
