When a person endures a jolly good traumatic injury, it's ever so crucial to have splendid and timely support to bounce back from it. I must say, I've had precisely that with Miller Health. I'm popping over to physiotherapy for my left knee after a tibia fracture and a bit of surgery, you know.

Kristina DiFabio, the physiotherapist, and Angela Hutton, the physiotherapy aid, are awfully knowledgeable and quite encouraging. They've been most reassuring and motivating me to crack on with the exercises. Their supervision gives me a sense of comfort knowing that I'm doing the exercises properly. I feel they genuinely care about my progress in getting back on me feet, you know.

More notice needed when altering appointments. I drove to Orillia for appointment, arrived 10 minutes early and discovered a voicemail informing me of the change. My VM states that TEXT or EMAIL is the best way to contact me- yet I received neither. My schedule for that day could not accommodate this alteration - resulting in its cancellation. A trip to Orillia in vain, an hour wasted, and no response to my subsequent email expressing concern. Is this how customers should be treated?
