I must say, I've never come across a dental practice that I adore as much as this one, ha! When I was in need of a new dentist in Chatham, I decided to visit the newly established practice down the road. What a blunder that was! I won't mention names, but perhaps I should. Let's just say, corporate dentists who can't be bothered to complete their construction projects are not the right fit for me. That's for certain. About a year ago, I switched my care over to Brookside, and they've handled extractions, repairs, and cleanings for me. Needless to say, I am 100% content now and no longer have the jitters before a dental appointment, which my previous dentist had instilled in me. I wouldn't say it was a delightful visit, more of a routine one. I always enjoy the sensation of clean teeth after a thorough cleaning. Everything was examined and appeared to be in order. The only aspect I didn't care for was the fluoride brushing, and I would rather not have it again. It had a terrible taste, and I couldn't wait to get home to rinse my mouth with water and wash my face around my mouth. Isn't the purpose of fluoride in our water to maintain our dental health?
