I made an appointment and showed up at the medical spa as usual. I've been coming here for years for laser treatments and always had a great experience until this day. I hadn't been back since the pandemic until 4 weeks ago. A young woman approached me and asked if I had an appointment. I confirmed the time was 11:30, but she couldn't find my name in the computer. I explained that I've been a regular customer for years and always go straight to the back. She questioned if I had called the wrong number, if I was vaccinated, and if I had received a reminder call. I assured her that I had called the correct number, hadn't been contacted about needing a vaccine, and even showed her my recent Google search to prove it. I had asked a different employee if I could come in that day, and she had scheduled me for the following Wednesday at 11:30. When I inquired about any promotions, the woman said they hadn't offered a 50% discount on packages for years. I insisted that I had spoken to someone who had informed me otherwise. Ultimately, I left without an appointment, feeling frustrated that my time had been wasted, and no compensation or resolution was offered. I calmly expressed my disappointment to the staff member, explaining that I had taken time out of my day, paid for parking, and still couldn't get an appointment due to not being vaccinated.
