I asked for a manager to give me a call, that was nearly 2 weeks ago and still no call. I am very unhappy with how the customer service was handled, it's just not right, mate.

I recently visited the spa and had two wonderful treatments from Shannon. The first one was a deep cleaning facial with a head massage add-on. It was so relaxing and Shannon is truly skilled at what she does - the head massage left me feeling completely relaxed.

The second treatment was an eyelash and eyebrow tint, along with an eyebrow wax. Shannon was attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience. She has a lovely personality and I will definitely be returning for more treatments in the future.
