Dr. Brenda Miles is an absolute gem of a therapist! She’s just brilliant – so professional, knowledgeable, and full of energy, not to mention incredibly effective. On top of that, she’s got this great sense of humor and a real gift for empathy and insight. As parents, we found it really reassuring to see Dr. Miles in action with our daughter, and we were so impressed by how clearly she explains her methods and reasoning. Plus, she’s a fantastic listener who managed to build a really friendly and productive relationship with both our daughter and us in no time at all. The service we received was top-notch, and the results speak for themselves – just wonderful!
Dr. Edwards is a truly remarkable therapist with a caring and gentle demeanor. She offers insightful perspectives on the root causes of behavior and her sessions are both stimulating and thought-provoking. Her expertise and professionalism shine through, instantly putting you at ease. Dr. Edwards is compassionate, patient, and open to collaboration with other healthcare professionals for a holistic treatment plan. I highly recommend her services.
This review is strictly about the appointment system at Possibilities, and I must say it's quite a mess. The therapists are top-notch, understanding, and really helpful. The folks at the front desk are doing their best with a system that seems poorly designed for those of us with ADHD.
Booking appointments is a complete nightmare. There's no calendar, no way to see when your therapist is available, and no reminders to schedule your next session. You have to email the front desk, wait 5 days for a response with a list of times, and then go back and forth until you find something that works. Plus, because they're so busy, you might not get an appointment for months, which can really disrupt your routine and progress.
Therapy is all about consistency and building a strong relationship with your therapist. But with this system, any slip-up in scheduling could mean a long wait to get back on track. It's just not worth the hassle. Go somewhere else where they actually make it easy for you to get the help you need.
The entire experience, from scheduling an appointment to getting the results, was seamless and hassle-free. The team is highly skilled and ready to assist at all times.
Marie is an exceptional therapist for children struggling with ADHD and autism, which can be quite a challenge. She truly understands her patients and knows how to support them. I have also had the pleasure of meeting some wonderful tutors at this facility, and the programs they offer are truly top-notch. Dr. Miles does an excellent job of thoroughly explaining everything as well.
I availed ADHD coaching services from Nadia Kerr last year. She completely transformed my life, I must say. Her rapport was simply amazing, and her listening skills were top-notch. She was willing to delve into specific aspects that would tackle my issues effectively. I was dealing with a multitude of problems across various areas of my life, and now I feel much more confident in handling them. I wholeheartedly recommend her services to everyone.
Really thorough and spot on. The assessments helped me secure the support and finances I required, when others fell short.
I really appreciate being able to do most of it online, but I still had to come in for an in-person exam for the medication part. The service was great, but I did have to wait for quite a long time for my assessment.
I was once told that ADHD was all in my head and not taken seriously. But then I met Dr. Doron Almagor, a psychologist who prescribed the right medication and took the time to educate me about my condition. Thanks to him, I now feel prepared to thrive and succeed. I can't emphasize enough how grateful I am for his help. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!
I was proper anxious about getting an assessment but the team here made it dead easy. Everyone is dead welcoming and non-judgmental. My ADHD and anxiety have improved loads thanks to them. Thank you! Especially ADHD coaching has really helped. It’s been a long journey but with their support, I’ve managed to take control of my life again. Can’t express my gratitude enough.
My daughter has autism, and to be honest, we were quite concerned that she may never feel at ease in social situations or at school. Thankfully, we received a prompt diagnosis here and can now pursue OAP funding.
I 'ave 'ad ADHD for as long as I can remember, and Dr. Do worked closely with me to discover the proper medications that were most suitable for me and also helped me manage any side effects. Cheers to Dr. Do for 'is support in me mental 'ealth journey!
This is the best spot for psychoeducational assessments in Toronto. They are incredibly detailed and thorough. I won't delve into specifics, but our family has experienced multiple assessments over the years, and this place stands out as superior. We stumbled upon it serendipitously after a teacher recommended their services. Despite not being widely recognized, they appear to be top-notch.
I always reckoned I was just a bit scatterbrained, but it turns out I had undiagnosed ADHD. Dr. Ben Merotto did a top-notch job explaining the medications to me.
The ADHD assessment they provided was truly comprehensive, and the recommendations they gave us were truly effective. We are so thankful!
Quick, efficient, and excellent. The specialists here are top-notch. A significant improvement from the hospital I previously visited. I wouldn't waste my time with the hospital psychiatric services as you're just a statistic there. The fact that they offer telemedicine appointments is not only convenient but also ensures a germ-free experience.
An outstanding team of healthcare professionals. Dr. Flood was absolutely amazing and really made me feel supported throughout the assessment. They listened to all my concerns and questions and provided thorough answers. I would definitely recommend them for anyone seeking an ADHD assessment.
Their coaching programme was absolutely life-changing. I've acquired superior organisation and time management skills, and at last, I feel more in command of my daily routine.
I thought my lass was just lost in thought, but her teacher had a feeling she might have ADHD. I delved into articles about girls and ADHD and kept stumbling upon writings by Dr. Doran Almagor. When I discovered he was right here in Toronto, I swiftly obtained a referral for my daughter. It's quite challenging to find comprehensive resources on girls and ADHD online, as their symptoms often differ greatly from those of boys.
We dedicated ample time with the psychologist and arranged the necessary help for her, exploring various pathways to assist my daughter in thriving. Through workshops and cognitive behavioural therapy, we've managed to enhance her focus and emotional control. I was genuinely thrilled with the array of options presented to us and the fact that everything we needed was conveniently available under one roof.
I 'ad a right struggle with ADHD for yonks. Thanks to their expert guidance, I finally feel like I'm in charge. The coaching sessions were proper helpful in managing me time and focus.
