Patricia Nguyen (2025-05-28, 7:06 a.m.):
Doctor Lockyer is a splendid bloke, ever so polite and finely educated like his daughter. However, a few of the lasses there, particularly the blonde one, possess an exceedingly dreadful attitude and tend to talk down to you, even addressing you by your given name without seeking permission.

They lack a considerable amount of professionalism and hospitality, and could certainly benefit from a substantial attitude adjustment and some training on how to properly interact with the public.

I've been visiting their establishment for the past 20-25 years and always had a pleasant experience until they took on her services. So, do heed my warning that you may find yourself greatly affronted by the manner in which this woman speaks to you, especially her tone.

Update*07.26.2020* - I found myself there once again, encountered the same woman. When I politely inquired about signing something, she rudely turned her back on me, nose in the air, and sauntered off, only for another lady to dash out and offer assistance! Haha, I suppose she must have caught wind of the review. Nonetheless, there's this thing called freedom of speech without discrimination, so she can't do a single thing about it. I simply relayed the truth about my negative encounters with this dreadful woman.

Lockyer's have been in the optometry business for 3 generations, and they have all been exceptional.
