Disappointed with my visit. Back in June, I called and specifically inquired if they stocked a particular type of insole that I currently use. As I was leaving Ontario in a hurry, I didn't have the time to go through the fitting process for a different insole. They assured me over the phone that they carried the insoles I requested and advised me to schedule an appointment. I double-checked if they had the Superfeet insoles, to which they confirmed. Upon arriving for my appointment, I was informed that they did not actually have the insoles I was looking for. I should have left at that point, but I was taken aback and somewhat shocked after making the effort to get to their location. While the evaluator was professional and deserving of reimbursement for their time, I was frustrated by the bait-and-switch tactic. I contemplated making the most of the situation, but ultimately realized it was not what I had hoped for and left feeling misled. I'm awarding 2 stars recognizing the evaluator's competence, but the overall experience of being misled and spending over $60 for my troubles was too vexing to overlook.

In the last few years, I've been dealing with a shoulder problem and undergone knee surgery. The folks at MyoDynamic in Barrie assigned me to the care of Tsvetelina (Svety) T. for my recovery journey. I can't thank her enough for her assistance and direction in helping me recover in an impressively short period of time. Svety did a fantastic job of walking me through the recovery process during therapy, which ultimately resulted in a highly successful outcome. Even the orthopedic surgeon was amazed by the speedy progress. Huge thanks to Svety and the MyoDynamic team!
