I began working with Melissa about 8 weeks postpartum with the goal of regaining my "pre-baby" body, but I ended up gaining so much more. I have participated in a variety of classes including small group sessions, mom & baby workouts, personal training, and stroller fitness. All of these classes have been fantastic. Not only have I regained my confidence, but being surrounded by other moms has also taught me a lot. It's wonderful to connect with other mothers each week as we all show up week after week, usually running on only a few hours of sleep.

Melissa is also assisting me with my pelvic floor issues that I experienced during pregnancy. I would be completely lost without Melissa and her classes. She is dedicated and patient in helping me through this postpartum journey and addressing my lower back pain. I eagerly anticipate each session and hope to continue working with her through my next pregnancy.

I am absolutely chuffed to bits that I stumbled upon Melissa! I was halfway through me pregnancy and in need of a program to keep me motivated with exercise. She came highly recommended by several mates, and after just one class, I saw why. I've tried all sorts of exercise programs before, but none quite as brilliant as this one. The introductory class is spot on because Melissa takes the time to actually teach you how to engage your core and walks you through her most common exercises so you learn how to do them properly. The classes themselves are top-notch and fly by in no time! She offers heaps of modifications (which are ace for a massively pregnant beginner like me!) and also pushes you to go harder when she knows you can. I've been gobsmacked by how much I've been able to achieve at this stage in me pregnancy. I always feel smashing after doing her classes and definitely feel stronger! I reckon it'll make a right difference to me upcoming labour and delivery. I can't sing her praises enough for how much I've enjoyed Melissa's program, and I'm dead keen on continuing to challenge meself pre- and post-partum!

I’m updating my previous testimonial with my recent experience attending Melissa's Mom and Baby classes over the past few sessions - they have been absolutely fantastic! As my baby continues to grow heavier, I am noticing that Melissa's classes are becoming even more relevant to my everyday movements. I am regaining strength and flexibility while also connecting with other moms. I highly recommend these classes.

Regarding my earlier feedback on the stroller fit classes: I have been joining Melissa's Stroller Fit classes this summer and she is truly amazing! The classes are great, well-structured, cater to different levels, supportive, and most importantly, fun! I highly recommend her classes and training.

I 'ad Melissa recommended to me by a colleague when I was expectin'. I started followin' 'er on Instagram and Facebook for a few months before finally joinin' 'er studio! Joinin' 'er studio at 10 weeks postpartum was one of the best things I 'ave ever done for meself! I walked into the studio for the first time as a lost first time mum who was so nervous that me baby would cry the whole class! In this first class it 'appened, me baby cried but it was alright as Melissa was encouragin' and made it feel normal. Melissa is an inspiration as a coach to all who walk through 'er door. Melissa creates an atmosphere that is comfortable and inclusive. Melissa's studio is more than just a gym, it is a community for mums of any age or stage as well as the general community. I am so grateful to 'ave found this community of strong, amazing, inspirational women, thanks to Melissa. Not only 'ave I become physically stronger, I 'ave found meself again as me and not just a mum. I love that Melissa is great with kids and always willin' to 'old a cranky baby to allow mums to work out. When I returned to work and could no longer attend the stroller fit class, I began one-on-one training sessions with Melissa. This is where the real transformation began for me. I'm currently participating in my second round of her mom and baby fitness class, and I absolutely love it! Melissa creates a welcoming environment regardless of your skill level and where you are in your postpartum journey. She possesses extensive knowledge in postpartum rehabilitation and recovery. When I started the mom and baby fitness class, I had recently undergone a second c-section, and I firmly believe that this class has significantly contributed to my smooth and positive postpartum recovery. I feel stronger and experience less pain, especially in my back and lower abdomen. I've been able to incorporate many of Melissa's teachings into my home workouts. Getting out of the house, exercising, meeting other moms, and being able to bring my baby along have all greatly benefited my mental health. Plus, she's fantastic with kids!

Oh, mate, let me tell ya about Melissa! Last year, I had what they call Irish Twins - two little ones in the space of a year, can you believe it? When I told Melissa about my situation, she really took care of me during our workouts. She made sure I wasn't straining my back and hips, which was just amazing!
