Patient Experiences

Update: The bloke from the management team got in touch and kindly explained how the physio treatment funded by OHIP works. It would've been proper helpful if this information was easily accessible for clients to grasp the process. Only bit of confusion was receiving an email stating a 10-week waitlist, when I had already mentioned I needed urgent attention.

I visited this place once for OHIP funded physiotherapy. The staff were pleasant and the establishment was tidy. However, I wasn't too keen on the fact that your initial appointment was with a physiotherapist, but subsequent appointments weren't. In all my experiences at other physiotherapy centers, this is the first time I didn't have the same physiotherapist for the entire course of treatment.

Another peculiar aspect is that they seem to have plenty of available appointments listed online, yet for OHIP funded physio, there's a 10-week waiting period. By the time 10 weeks pass, I'd have missed the window for optimal physiotherapy sessions.
