I had an early appointment at 7 am in the morning, and when I got there, the front door was shut with no one answering the phone either. I waited outside in the cold weather for a few minutes but no one showed up, so I had to leave. This happened twice already. The instructions on which door to use for early morning appointments are not clear. For future reference, it's advisable to schedule your appointments during regular hours and ensure there are clear instructions on the entry point and the services provided on that day.
