It has been quite a while since I last got such a deep tissue massage, and today's session was truly welcomed. I had allowed my shoulders, upper back, and lower back to become increasingly tight due to consistent lifting and a minimal stretching routine without the help of massage. Today served as a reminder of how crucial massage is for maintaining a healthy body, and Dave undoubtedly has great skill and is very personable. I have discovered my new favorite spot for massages.

When I moved back home from school, I was searching for a new physical therapist for around 2.5 years before I met Dave through a mutual connection. I had an annoying clicking shoulder issue that stumped physical therapists and was never addressed in any sessions. Dave was able to, by the end of my first session, find the root of the problem and fix the click. Although it still flares up today, his sessions help ease the issue. Whether you’re looking for someone to help with a sports injury, tight muscles from sitting all day, or just need a body tune-up, Dave and his team are the best! He is a professional and listens to what your concerns are and addresses them; he truly cares about his clients.

His new facility is very clean and bright. Everyone there is super friendly. No matter if you’re going in for therapy or working out, you’re in great hands.
