Client Experiences

Feedback from clients indicates that therapists like Bill Mole and Dr. Moll practice with empathy and understanding. Many patients have expressed appreciation for their ability to listen attentively and provide meaningful guidance. One client noted the value of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) homework, which encouraged personal accountability and self-reflection during challenging times.

However, not all reviews have been positive. Some clients experienced frustration due to perceived unprofessionalism and communication issues within the office. I feel truly fortunate to have Inas as my therapist. I have seen many therapists in the past, and she is by far the most exceptional one I've ever worked with.

First off, I 'ave nevah 'ad a situation where I was charged $160 even though I cancelled less than the 24 hours required. I 'ave a liver disease and there are times I wake up and can't even get out of bed without vomiting. They do 'ave a tendency to cancel appointments but always within a time frame I think is reasonable (no less than 24 hours, usually a week). Though I 'ighly regard my sessions with Bill, sometimes the break is good so I can rely on myself and focus on my relationship with the Lord as my true counselor.

That is the other amazin' thing I love about this practice. I am a deeply spiritual Christian and 'ave 'ad great difficulty in the past tryin' to approach my issues with regular psychiatrists and psychologists who don't value that connection I 'ave with Jesus and 'ow profoundly it affects my thoughts and actions. Bill 'as 'elped me greatly with this. We open and close in prayer and discuss my issues in a natural way... not always spiritual, not always secular but a combination of both.

He is very intelligent as well and I value this and 'is appreciation of my struggle between my logical nature vs my spiritual devotion. He recognises that I live with both these aspects of my personality on a day to day basis and 'elps me to balance them so I can focus on my needs (which 'as always been very difficult for me from a young age). I still struggle with worthiness and self-care and findin' a purpose for my life but I could not imagine anyone else but Bill could help me work through these things. The progress is slow because I am stubborn but not once 'ave I felt a desire to give up on 'im 'elpin' me be a better me while remainin' a devoted Christian.
