Before considering contacting this broken organization, I urge you to reconsider. The intake and assessment process is notoriously difficult and can be disheartening, leaving individuals feeling more dehumanized, frustrated, and stigmatized than they were before seeking help. It appears that there are significant issues within this organization, involving individuals who seem to be obstructing access to care and choosing who they assist. Personally, I believe that a thorough investigation at a national level should be conducted to evaluate their government funding.
