The work of Maple Care Physiotherapy, especially Rahi, is truly amazing. I had been struggling with knee pain and discomfort since 2011. I had tried various treatments without success and had become quite disillusioned. However, after my doctor recommended physiotherapy, my life has completely changed. The timing couldn't have been more perfect! I consider myself incredibly lucky to have been under Guy's care as my physical therapist at MapleCare - Woodroffe. He played a vital role in my recovery and leg strengthening post a knee injury. Not only did he devise effective routines for enhancing my strength and balance, but he also guided me in such a way that I no longer needed a cane to walk. Dealing with plantar fasciitis since 2006 had been quite a challenge for me. However, Guy designed an excellent exercise regimen that not only aided my recovery from both conditions but also left me thoroughly impressed with his expertise and motivational support. So much so, that I opted for a few additional sessions to gather some training advice to bolster my overall health. A huge thank you for everything!
